1/2 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
1 Bell Pepper, diced or julienned
2 or 3 Summer Squash and/or Zucchini, diced
2 Tomatoes, Diced
Salt and Pepper
Chili PowderIn a large skillet over medium heat, saute bell pepper in broth for about 4-5 minutes. Add squash and saute another 4-5 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and season to taste, cook another 4 minutes or so.
For SCD'ers use a homemade Chili Powder blend.
